Pugs are curious (and hungry!) little dogs. When we’re outside on an adventure with our dog, every time we turn our heads she seems to find something peculiar to nibble on. Flowers, plants, bugs, and sticks beware!
We know that people get excited every week when Friday rolls around, and we start thinking about all the things we’ll do (or not do) over the weekend. We have a sneaking suspicion that pugs look forward to the weekend just as much as we do. After all, weekends are even more full of walks, belly rubs, car rides, and all the activities that pugs love best.

It’s hard to have a bad morning when you live with a pug. All you need to put you in a better mood is to see how unbelievably excited they get with a little belly rub, and suddenly even your grumpiest mornings can be transformed. Who could stay grumpy when surrounded by this much happiness?

As far as we can tell, pugs love sunshine. They are quite skilled at finding those early shreds of sunlight around your house that they can enjoy basking in!

There are people out there in the world that claim working out makes them feel energized and ready to tackle any obstacles in their path. While we recognize the importance of a good workout and the importance of keeping a healthy pug, we have to admit, that this is how exercise makes us feel.

We’re all familiar with delightfully captioned adorable or hilarious pictures of cats and dogs online. Well, there’s no reason that cheeseburgers should be just for cats to enjoy and aspire to! We can all agree that it’s a well-known fact that pugs also like cheeseburgers in all forms. :)

Sometimes we wish we could live a day in the life of our pampered pug. She spends her hours napping, playing, and cuddling (and scavenging around the kitchen floor for food). What could be better? We can’t help but feel like pugs might know how good they have it, and be rubbing it in a little bit when they stick out their little pink tongues.

Let’s face it. Everyone has those days now and then. You know the ones: you wake up late (and tired), and then nothing seems to go your way. Sometimes you just have to take a step back and laugh. Here, this might help.

We’ve noticed that our pug loves to smell flowers (and gets quite excited about it). It seems like she is not alone! Does your pug enjoy taking a minute to stop and smell the flowers?

Pugs can be surprisingly good communicators about what they want, and of course they are adorable while they are trying to get our attention. This pose is probably familiar to all the pug owners out there, and it is unquestionably a request for belly rubs.
